1. How long does shipping take?

Order are picked up by one of our shipping partners usually within 24 hours and will typically be delivered to you within 5-10 days of the order being placed. Due to the Pandemic, our shipping partners are experiencing record high order volume so there may be unforeseen delays. We are doing everything we can to expedite this process and we thank you for your patience!

2. Is curbside pickup available and how long does it take?

Yes! Curbside pickup is available and be selected at checkout. Our curbside hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am-5:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am-4:30pm, Sundays 11:00-4:00 Curbside orders are usually ready within a few hours of being placed unless they contain personalized ornaments, then it is usually within 24 hours. We will email you to notify you when the order is ready for pickup. All orders must be placed by 1pm December 23, 2020 and picked up by 6pm December 23, 2020. 

3. How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $50 before tax have free shipping.

Orders under $50 pay an additional $10 in shipping.

4. What is the Return Policy?

Please email for a Return Authorization # before returning your product. Returns cannot be processed without the authorization #.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of delivery or before December 23, whichever comes first, for a complete refund of the purchase price of the product and sales tax, if applicable. There are no Returns or Refunds after December 23. The item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. We are unable to credit you for Shipping, handling or insurance charges. Charges for shipping products back to us are your responsibility. We will exchange or refund your purchase, as you request. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product. Due to the high volume of online transactions this time of year, some banks may hold the credit for up to 21 business days before crediting your account.

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on personalized items. 

5. How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you usually within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
