Shipping and Handling

All orders over $50 before tax have free shipping.

Orders below $50 will be charged an additional $10 for shipping.

Orders under $25 before tax will be charged an additional $15 for shipping.

Due to the pandemic our shipping partners are experiencing an unprecedented high volume of orders and as a result some shipments may experience delivery delays. We are working hard with our partners to expedite the process and expect shipping to take 5-10 business days. If you’re waiting for an order, you can monitoring your tracking number for real time delivery updates. Be aware that tracking numbers may be emailed to you several days before items are picked up from the first delivery hub, so please do not be concerned if there is little movement in the first few days. Return and refund policy 

Please email CustomerService@AbingtonChristmasPlace.com for a Return Authorization # before returning your product. Returns cannot be processed without the authorization #.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of delivery or before December 23, whichever comes first, for a complete refund of the purchase price of the product and sales tax, if applicable. There are no Returns or Refunds after December 23. The item must be in the original packaging and in new condition. We are unable to credit you for Shipping, handling or insurance charges. Charges for shipping products back to us are your responsibility. We will exchange or refund your purchase, as you request. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product. Due to the high volume of online transactions this time of year, some banks may hold the credit for up to 21 business days before crediting your account.

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on personalized items.
